Received your package today - THANX Funny after I talked to you and read several prompt emails I had a good feeling and was dealing with a human not some chain saw parts droid!

Even though you were a little more expensive on the chaps I felt, well in the long run with free files, screws and someone willing to answer questions it was worth it considering the big picture.

Hello Rod, I received the chainsaw past Friday : no any problem with the delivery, no trace of any damage. I could try it intensively this week-end : great, properly adjusted. A lot of change compared to my old (25 years old, out of service) Jonsered 451E. Thanks once more for your so efficient service !
